My method of training is specific to my clients.  Everyone has different goals and expectations. I help in achieving yours, be it losing weight, becoming healthier, or getting to that next level.  Having advanced experience in training has enabled me to draw from excellent routines for maximum results.  
 
I played professional rugby for a few years. I was very fortunate to represent South Africa at a Jr World Cup and then more recently I represented the USA Eagles at the 2007 World Cup in France. Rugby has been a great starting ground for training all fitness areas, you need to have strength, flexibility, speed, endurance, hand/eye co-ordination, agility and power. 
 
With 8 years experience in personal and group trainings, the opportunity to work with anyone who is willing to learn and needs that small or big push is always exciting.
 
Research shows there are numerous benefits to daily exercise. I am here to help teach, motivate, and create a life-long love for working out.
